What We Do
Our Services
From a single-story ranch to a full commercial building, we have the equipment and experience to handle any exterior cleaning job in southern Ohio.
House Washing
Your siding accumulates algae, mildew, dirt, and oxidation year after year. Our low-pressure soft wash process dissolves those contaminants at the source, restoring the original color of your siding without the risk of water intrusion or surface damage that high-pressure washing causes. We treat vinyl, wood, stucco, and brick with the appropriate pressure and biodegradable solution.
Learn More →Concrete Cleaning
Driveways, sidewalks, patios, and pool decks take a beating from Ohio weather. Surface grime, oil stains, black streaks, and embedded mold make even a new driveway look run-down. We use a commercial surface cleaner to deliver consistent, streak-free results across the full width of your concrete — no lap marks, no missed edges — followed by a rinse and optional post-treatment to slow regrowth.
Learn More →Deck & Fence Cleaning
Wood and composite decking traps moisture, algae, and mildew in the grain — making surfaces slippery and accelerating rot. We soft wash at a pressure and dilution calibrated for wood, lifting years of buildup without raising the grain or splintering boards. The result is a surface that’s safe, looks like new, and is ready for staining or sealing.
Learn More →Commercial Washing
Storefront grime, parking lot stains, algae-covered signage, and dirty building exteriors signal neglect to customers before they ever walk through your door. We work around your schedule — early mornings, evenings, or weekends — to keep your property clean without disrupting operations. Strip malls, office buildings, warehouses, and fleet vehicles.
Learn More →Roof Cleaning
Those black streaks on your roof are Gloeocapsa magma — a cyanobacteria that feeds on your shingles and shortens their lifespan. ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) specifically recommends low-pressure soft washing as the only safe cleaning method. We apply our EPA-compliant solution and rinse at low pressure — no walking the roof, no granule damage, guaranteed black streak removal.
Learn More →Gutter Cleaning
Clogged gutters are a leading cause of foundation damage, fascia rot, and basement water intrusion in Ohio homes. We clear every downspout and gutter run by hand, bag the debris on-site, and finish with a flush test to confirm drainage. We also offer gutter brightening — removing the black oxidation streaks from the outside face of your gutters to restore their original color.

Why Coriell’s
We Don’t Cut
Corners. Ever.
There are plenty of pressure washing companies in southern Ohio. Here’s what sets us apart from someone with a Home Depot machine and a pickup truck.
-
01
Soft Wash First
High pressure damages siding, forces water behind trim, and voids roofing warranties. Soft wash chemistry kills mold and algae at the root — results last 4–6x longer than pressure alone.
-
02
Fully Licensed & Insured
We carry full liability insurance and workers’ comp on every job. If an uninsured contractor damages your property, you’re left holding the bill. With Coriell’s, you’re protected.
-
03
Documented With CompanyCam
Every job is photographed before and after. You always know exactly what was done and the difference it made — permanent visual record on every project.
-
04
Flat-Rate Pricing, No Surprises
We quote the whole job upfront. No hourly surprises, no extra charges for heavy buildup, no add-ons at the end. The price you approve is the price on the invoice.

What Customers Say
50+ Five-Star Reviews
“Coriell’s did an amazing job on our house. The siding was covered in green algae and honestly I was embarrassed to have people over. After one treatment it looked brand new. Very professional, showed up exactly when they said they would.”
“Our concrete driveway had stains and black streaks I thought were permanent. Coriell’s got it looking like the day it was poured. Fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. Already booked them again for the back patio.”
“I was nervous about roof cleaning because I’d heard horror stories about pressure washers destroying shingles. Coriell’s walked me through their soft wash method and I felt much better. Roof looks great and my warranty is intact.”
“Hired Coriell’s for our commercial property. They worked around our business hours and had the whole building looking completely different by the time we opened. Several customers have commented on how clean it looks.”
“The deck was covered in slippery green mold and the wood was starting to gray out. After Coriell’s cleaned it I was able to stain it and it turned out beautiful. They saved me from replacing it entirely.”
“Can’t say enough good things. They were on time, courteous, and did an incredible job on gutters and the exterior wash. The before and after photos they sent were jaw-dropping. This is the only company I’ll call from now on.”
