About Coriell’s Power Washing
We’re a southern Ohio exterior cleaning company built on doing the job right the first time — the right equipment, the right chemistry, and the right technique for every surface we touch.
Southern Ohio’s Exterior Cleaning Specialists
Coriell’s Power Washing has been serving homeowners and businesses in Scioto County and the surrounding area for years — building a reputation one clean property at a time.
We started with a simple goal: provide a professional exterior cleaning service that the southern Ohio area could actually count on. No bait-and-switch pricing, no cutting corners on chemistry, and no high-pressure washing where soft wash is the right call.
Over time we’ve expanded our services and our equipment, but the approach hasn’t changed. We show up on time, we communicate clearly, and we don’t leave until the job is done right. For a lot of our customers, we’ve been cleaning their properties for years — and that kind of repeat business is what we’re most proud of.
We’re based right here in Scioto County. When you call us, you’re talking to the people doing the work — not a call center. We know the local climate, the local algae patterns, and what it takes to keep southern Ohio exteriors looking their best season after season.
What Sets Us Apart
We formulate our cleaning solutions for the specific surface — not a one-size-fits-all approach. What works on vinyl siding isn’t what goes on a wood deck or a shingle roof.
High pressure is a tool, not the answer. For roofs, siding, and painted surfaces, low-pressure soft washing delivers better results without risking damage that costs more to fix than the cleaning.
We quote based on what the job actually requires. No surprises on the day of service. If something changes scope once we’re on site, we talk to you before proceeding.
We protect your landscaping, pets, and outdoor furniture before we start. Biodegradable cleaning solutions, thorough rinsing, and careful prep at every job.

Real Reviews from Southern Ohio Homeowners
“Absolutely amazing work on our house. The siding was covered in green algae and now it looks brand new. Will definitely be calling them again.”
“Had them do the driveway and back patio. The difference is unbelievable — I didn’t realize how dirty it had gotten until I saw it clean. Great job, fair price.”
“Hired them for a roof soft wash. Very professional, showed up on time, explained everything they were doing. Roof looks 10 years younger. Highly recommend.”
